2. Applicant Responsibility & Portal Acceptance
While our tools verify technical parameters such as pixel dimensions, square aspect ratio, byte ceilings, sRGB color space, and metadata removal against published specifications, automated formatting cannot guarantee acceptance by an issuing authority. You remain solely responsible for verifying that your submission satisfies all current agency rules — including photo recency, lighting, background uniformity, facial expression, and prohibition of eyeglasses — prior to filing.
3. Client-Side Execution & Data Handling
All file processing occurs locally within your web browser. Because tweakmyfile.com never receives or stores copies of your files, we cannot recover lost edits or generated downloads after you close your browser tab. Always retain your original source files.
